Rental Rates, Terms & Calendar
- 50% Deposit required to book/ 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
- $180 Check out cleaning fee & $250 local property management fee required at time of booking
- $1000 Refundable Security Deposit is due 10 days prior to arrival for damages/incidentals -
(credit card OK)
- Reservation is considered, confirmed upon receipt of funds and signed lease

Terms:
- Rental rates include cooks and daily maid service
- There are no hidden costs.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- All stays require a two night minimum
- Check in time is 3pm check out time is 11am
- Rates are for up to 10 people
- Rental rates include all utilities
Example:
- 3 night stay during May 1st 2010 to May 4th 2010
- 3 nights rent x $1,200 = $3,600.00
- $180.00 Cleaning Fee
- $250.00 Local Management Fee
- Total= $4,030.0.00
