Playa Blanca Beach Within Punta Leona 

The drive from the house to the beach is less than 5 minutes

Its about a 15 minute walk on a steep paved road 

Playa Blanca is the only white sand beach in the region.  Rated Costa Rica's nicest beach by the government (for cleanliness, safety, marine life preservation, and ecological preservation).  There are often large tortoises in the surf.
